GOD'S PERSPECTIVE PT 1
Have you ever heard the saying, 'They are so heavenly minded they are no earthly good'? It is a disparaging remark that instantly disqualifies the person referred to as someone not to be heeded. True there are people who seem to be off in a cloud; lost in their own world but to refer to them this way actually is contrary to scripture. Hebrews 3:1 tells us, "holy brothers, who share in the heavenly calling, fix your thoughts on Jesus, the apostle and high priest whom we confess." We are encouraged over and over again in the scriptures to fix our eyes on Jesus. GO TO BLOG |
